Larry Oremland Addresses Phoenix IAA Meeting

 

 

Larry Oremland has practiced Intellectual Property Law for almost 30 years.  He has handled different types of intellectual property matters, before the US Patent and Trademark Office, before the Customs Service and in the Courts.  He has also worked extensively with transactional and commercial aspects of various types of intellectual properties.  In 1988, he was one of two partners who started and grew an intellectual property group in one of Cleveland’s most prestigious general practice firms.  He has lectured at various seminars and meetings, and has authored a book chapter on intellectual property law that was singled out by a Nobel laureate as the “best written chapter in the book.”  Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at the James E. Rogers College of Law, and has his own law practice; Lawrence R. Oremland, P.C.
